First Time Clients

 

Welcome! Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to fill out an intake form. You can find directions to my studio under the “Hours/Location” tab. Upon your arrival, you will enter the Divine Light Healing Traditions waiting room. Please help yourself to tea/water and fill out the intake form that I will leave on a clipboard. If I am not there to greet you, I am with another client and will be out shortly.  I recommend giving yourself plenty of time to arrive for your first visit, since it can take some time to find parking and navigate the building. Draping

 

Before our session begins I will give instructions for undressing and which way to lay on the table, prone (face-down), or supine (face-up). You will always have the option to undress to your level of comfort (which includes removing all underwear, top and bottom, if you are comfortable with it). Please wait to begin undressing until after I have left the room. If you choose to keep your underwear on, it is never a problem for me to work around it, or over it through the sheet. If you wish to experience long, full-body strokes, that begin at the feet and go up the length of the body to the shoulders, I recommend undressing completely. My intention is for you to experience a safe and healing treatment and thus proper draping will always be used throughout the session. This means that everything will be covered by the sheet, except for the part of the body being worked on.

 

 

 

Cancellation Policy

 

Thank you for your consideration of my studio time. Please notify me at least 24 hours before your appointment start time if you need to cancel. This gives me the opportunity to offer the session to another client. I charge a $35 service fee to all appointments that are not cancelled within 24 hours.

 

 

 

Late Arrivals

 

Please be on time for your appointment. This means arriving at or before the start time. If I start one appointment late, it affects my clients for the rest of the day. It is my wish to start all of my appointments on time, out of respect for my clients’ time and busy schedules. If you arrive late, you can still receive a massage, but the massage will end at the scheduled finish time. The full rate will be charged.

 

*Traffic can be heavy, even at unexpected times and is not considered an excuse for late arrivals. Please plan your travel time accordingly.

 

 

 

Payment Policy

 

Payment is due at the end of our massage session. You are also welcome to pay before the session begins. Cash or check is preferred. Credit/Debit cards are also accepted. Tips are appreciated though not expected. My normal rate is all that is necessary to have an equal exchange. Thank you, I am grateful to serve you in this way.
